MacLan Le

Board Member | Early Childhood Education

MacLan Le is an educator with more than 30 years of experience in early childhood education. She spent her career with Head Start in Benton County, where she supported preschool children and families from low-income backgrounds. She holds a degree in Education and is deeply committed to helping young children build strong foundations for lifelong learning and success.

Tien Le, OTR/L

Board Member | Occupational Therapy

Tien Le is a licensed Occupational Therapist and graduate of the University of Washington. She specializes in supporting individuals in developing functional skills for independence, health, and daily living. Her work emphasizes rehabilitation, prevention, and empowering families through practical education and care.

Anthony Nestor

Board Member | Business & Construction

Anthony Nestor is the owner of 3 Brothers Decking & Maisy Railing, a construction company focused on quality craftsmanship and community service. He brings expertise in business operations, project management, and community development, supporting the Foundation’s mission through practical leadership and strategic planning.

Hannah Nestor, RRT

Board Member | Respiratory Therapy

Hannah Nestor is a Registered Respiratory Therapist dedicated to improving respiratory health and patient outcomes. Her clinical experience includes caring for patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions, reinforcing the importance of prevention, education, and healthy lifestyle habits.

Minda Kudlacz, RN

Board Member | Nursing & Patient Education

Minda Kudlacz is a Registered Nurse with experience in medical aesthetics and hospital care. She currently focuses on patient discharge education, helping individuals and families understand care plans, medications, and healthy lifestyle practices during transitions from hospital to home.

Bob Thong, MD

Board Member | Internal Medicine & Senior Health

Dr. Bob Thong is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician and University of Washington School of Medicine graduate. He currently cares for older adults in assisted living and long-term care settings, focusing on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and helping seniors maintain independence and quality of life as they age.

Rachel Le

Youth Contributor

Rachel Le is a student entering 4th grade at Cherry Crest Elementary School. She enjoys learning, helping others, and exploring the world with curiosity and kindness. She hopes to become a scientist one day and dreams of helping cure cancer through innovative ideas and creative thinking. Rachel enjoys playing piano, golf, and tennis, and brings enthusiasm and curiosity to everything she does.

Community Ambassador | Community Health & Engagement

Dr. Trieu Le is a University of Washington-trained, board-certified Family Medicine physician and community volunteer dedicated to advancing health, education, and community well-being. Her focus includes preventive care and healthy aging, with particular attention to advance care planning and helping families access the resources they need to make informed decisions across all stages of life.

Blair Kent

Special Advisor | Engineering & Technology Innovation

Blair Kent is a retired hardware engineering leader with over 30 years of experience in consumer electronics, including AI-integrated products at Meta, Microsoft, and Hewlett Packard. He supports Lotus Living and Learning Foundation by guiding IT and technology efforts, including bringing the platform and website live to help the organization serve its community.
